GR Golf manufactures factory style cushions & replacement vinyl covers, using the same process used by the OEMs, however GR Golf is producing items of higher quality materials. GR Golf uses the same vinyl construction, but does not stretch it as thin. The foam is contour cut virgin Fire Retardant polyurethane, not rebond, with a long life expectancy. The plywood substrate tends to lay flatter without core voids and is radiused on 1 side so that the vinyl is not rubbing a sharp edge. GR Golf uses plated fasteners and stainless steel upholstery staples. Overall, GR Golf assembly is of consistent quality and finished cushions meet motor vehicle safety standard.
